Alison Hardinge is a registered Clinical Psychologist who completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Tasmania in 2017. She has experience in the not-for-profit and private sector, providing psychological support for all age ranges.
Alison is skilled in the use of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT); Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy; and Mindfulness. She uses a collaborative and warm approach that places your needs at the centre of her practice.
Alison is currently accepting referrals for adults for a range of issues including anxiety, mood, trauma, grief and loss, and normal life stressors.
