Kate Agg is a Clinical Psychologist registrar, who works with both adults and children across a wide range of mental health concerns. Kate has worked in education, corporate environments, and in health and wellbeing for many years prior to becoming a psychologist. Her therapeutic experience includes supporting people with chronic and terminal health conditions, adults and children with neurodivergence, as well as those with anxiety and depressive disorders. Kate has a keen interest in health and wellbeing, having worked in this space for over 15 years. She is also passionate about supporting adults to navigate the overwhelming complexities of parenthood, in particular new mothers who are adjusting to their new stage of life with their child/children. Kate is warm and flexible in her approach, and uses a variety of evidence-based therapeutic models in her practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
